The Tomatis Method

The Tomatis Method, also known as Tomatis Listening Therapy or Audio-Psycho-Phonology (APP), is an auditory stimulation program developed by Dr. Alfred Tomatis, a French ear, nose, and throat (ENT) doctor. This method aims to improve listening and communication skills through a series of auditory exercises using specially designed music and sound patterns. However, here is no evidence that auditory integration therapy or other sound therapies are effective treatments for autism. The Tomatis method is considered a scam. Equipment such as regular headphones and low-cost digital audio players are sold at exorbitant prices.
