Hypnosis therapy

...

Hypnosis therapy, also known as hypnotherapy, involves guiding individuals into a trance-like state to increase focus, relaxation, and suggestibility. It has been used for various psychological and physical conditions, including anxiety, pain management, and behavioral modification. However, its application to autism is controversial and lacks substantial scientific backing. There is limited scientific evidence supporting the efficacy of hypnotherapy for autism. Most claims are anecdotal and lack rigorous clinical validation.

The effectiveness of hypnotherapy can vary greatly among individuals, and not everyone is equally susceptible to hypnosis. Any benefits from hypnotherapy might be short-lived, requiring ongoing sessions to maintain progress.
