Raw camel milk

...

Raw camel milk treatment involves the consumption of unpasteurized milk from camels, which some believe may offer therapeutic benefits for individuals with autism. Proponents of raw camel milk treatment claim that it can improve various symptoms of autism, such as digestive issues, immune system dysfunction, and behavioral problems. The suggested benefits are attributed to the unique composition of camel milk, which includes:

1) Higher levels of certain proteins and enzymes compared to cow’s milk.
2) Lower levels of lactose, making it more digestible for some individuals.
3) The presence of immune-boosting components, such as immunoglobulins and lactoferrin.

There is limited and inconclusive scientific evidence to support the claims that raw camel milk is beneficial for treating autism. Some small studies and anecdotal reports suggest potential improvements in behavior and gastrointestinal symptoms, but these findings are not robust or widely accepted in the scientific community. Consuming raw (unpasteurized) milk carries significant health risks, including the potential for serious bacterial infections such as Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria. These infections can be especially dangerous for children and individuals with compromised immune systems.
