Colostrum

...

Colostrum is the first form of milk produced by mammals (including humans) immediately after giving birth. It is rich in antibodies, growth factors, and nutrients that are essential for newborns' immune and developmental health. In recent years, colostrum has been explored as a dietary supplement for various health conditions, including autism. Colostrum contains growth factors that might support gut health and repair. Since gastrointestinal issues are common in autism, improving gut health could potentially help alleviate some symptoms. While colostrum has well-documented benefits for newborns, research specifically examining its effects on autism is limited. Most studies focus on its general health benefits rather than its impact on autism.

Some preliminary studies and anecdotal reports suggest potential benefits, such as improved immune function and gut health, but these findings are not conclusive.
