Lego therapy

...

Legotherapy, or LEGO-based therapy, is a structured play intervention that uses LEGO building as a therapeutic tool to help children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) improve social and communication skills. Developed by Dr. Daniel LeGoff, it is based on the idea that structured, cooperative play can encourage interaction and collaboration in children who struggle with social engagement. This therapy is designed to promote teamwork, problem-solving, and social interaction in a natural, enjoyable setting. Early research and case studies suggest that Legotherapy can improve social competence, communication, and peer interaction in children with autism. However, the evidence is still developing, and more large-scale, randomized controlled trials are needed to fully validate the effectiveness of Legotherapy for autism.
