Stress management training

Stress management refers to the ability to cope with the physical, psychological and emotional effects of pressure, emergencies or other stressors. Stress management training uses different approaches (e.g. psychological, relaxation or mindfulness exercises) that aim to develop or improve skills to successfully cope with stressful situations. Stress management training commonly includes education, advice and training in specific exercises and the use of specific techniques.
